Mental Health Awareness Month
Mental Health Awareness Month
This Mental Health Awareness Month, take a moment to reflect: What does a "good day" mean for you?

"Good" isn't one-size-fits-all. It doesn't have to mean happy or productive. Maybe for you, a good day can mean feeling calm, comfortable, manageable, or something else. Maybe it’s about small wins, quiet moments, or just getting through. And that’s okay. It can change over time, and only you can define what a good day looks like for you.

No matter how you are feeling in this moment, remember that more good days are possible, help is available, and you are not alone.
