Mental Health Awareness Month
Mental Health Awareness Month
This Mental Health Awareness Month, remember: mental health and physical health are deeply connected. Both matter, and both deserve care.

Our sleep, stress, relationships, nutrition, environment, and physical health can impact our mental well-being, and our mental health can affect those things, too.

Many factors that influence our health are beyond our control. But even small actions can support our well-being over time. Whether it’s finding movement you enjoy, connecting with your community, prioritizing self-care, getting enough rest, or simply remembering to drink water, small wins matter.
