Mental health is closely tied to how we manage our emotions, stress, and personal relationships. Being mentally healthy doesn't mean feeling happy all the time, but rather having the emotional tools to cope with life's ups and downs. In this presentation we do a brief overview of NAMI KDK. We are going to explore the relationship between reading and reflecting.
