Jeanne Becker’s successful musical career formed in Denver, Colorado where she was the manager and lead singer for the Jeanne Becker Band performing regularly at the best Denver jazz clubs, nightclubs, and private engagements. Jeanne's appealing style and wide repertoire developed from a variety of influences including jazz, swing, blues, and Latin sounds.

🏆 Geneva Public Library is proud to announce it received two prestigious PR Xchange Awards at the American Library Association (ALA) Annual Conference, held June 27–30 in Philadelphia, PA.
 
The PR Xchange Awards recognize outstanding library public relations and marketing materials from the past year. GPLD was honored for its engaging 20-page print brochure outlining the Library’s Strategic Plan for 2024–2027and its vibrant Summer Challenge Guide for Kids.

Typically, most people associate a concussion with a sports setting; however, a concussion can also occur in recreational, business, or home settings. The goal of this seminar is to educate you about the signs of a concussion and the proper steps to take if you suspect that you or someone else has suffered one. Since research and protocols for concussion management have evolved, it’s important for adults, teens, coaches, referees, and other interested individuals to stay up to date on treatment for this potentially serious injury.
